i am confident that the current trench coat trend was completely manufactured by burberry. yes, it's a classic coat, but i think it's especially trendy right now because of some good marketing. evidence: scott schuman did a project (which i'm sure you remember) a couple months ago where everyone he shot had to be wearing a trench coat of some kind. the man tells us what we want.
