"grace has a grand laughter in it." - gilead
Last Wednesday, I went to see Marilynne Robinson speak at the library with some dear friends (not pictured). She discussed her first book, Housekeeping, which she wrote in the 80's and just chit-chatted about life. Marilynne is traveling to France this summer and her favorite verse in the Bible is Psalm 8.

ReplyDeleteshe is such a beautiful and wise woman. i'd like to think of her as also being confident yet stubborn at the same time because she just knows who she is.
